Order Cancellation

At Relector Enterprises, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our order cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • If the order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refer to our return policy (if applicable) after receiving the product.

At Relector Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund policy to understand how refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.

    • The request for a refund is made within 7 days of delivery.

    • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order industrial products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the request is approved, we will arrange a product pickup (if applicable) and inspect the item upon return.

  • If the item qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • First, check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
